Wink Ohio discussing the correct issue, that "gun free" zone are really kill zones........

Ohio discussing the correct issue, that "gun free" zone are really kill zones for criminals to exploit.

Snip: "I think about 90 percent of multiple-victim homicides in our country are in these "gun-free" or what we call kill zones," he said.

He encourages businesses, even those that don't like guns, to avoid putting signs on their store prohibiting weapons. He says it just invites trouble.

"If you're a criminal and you're going to go in and rob a place which one do you rob? You rob the one with the sign because there's less of a chance you're going to meet armed resistance,"

Wasn't a politician. Statement was made by Jim Irvine, chairman of the Buckeye Firearms Association.

Granted, most anti-gun arguments don't make sense to me. In this case I am amazed at how anyone could consider this a decent argument:

"We need to do something about this easy access and we don't because 'oh you're going to take all our guns away' is the first thing they say. Nonsense!," she said.

I wonder... have there been ANY high-profile mass shootings that weren't in a gun-free kill zone? After a while, it gets harder to deny such a pattern.
