    now THAT is a case deflector! the thing looks huge but i would assume that brass comes zipping outta there pretty good so its probly needed, huh?

    its not complete, I dont see a suppressor.

    The magpul AFG is perfectly legal on a pistol, it's a VG that makes it an illegal SBR.

    True, that along with making it an SBR would be the ultimate 9mm AR.

    it looks like you could legally have a vertical grip on it, anyway... as a 10.5" with that tube should make it about 26.5" OAL.

    It's a DI upper not Blowback like most pistol uppers so it more expensive but has the benefits of being D.I. operated. It comes in close to a dozen pistol calibers, including 40 S&W.
