Re: Apex Trigger Upgrade Installer
I picked up the M&P today and the trigger feels great! The price they charged was acceptable as well.

Re: Apex Trigger Upgrade Installer
Glad to hear you like the trigger. Nothing wrong with having a professional do it of course, but it's a very simple process if you happen to be interested in doing it yourself or making any other modifications to it in the future. It takes me about 10 minutes to completely detail strip my M&P40C frame and slide, another few minutes to swap out parts, and then another 10 to reassemble. All you need is an 1/8" roll pin punch, a hammer, and I would recommend a magnetic tray to keep track of the small parts. I was bored one day and decided to learn how to do it. You can follow step by step instructions on Youtube.

Re: Apex Trigger Upgrade Installer
The apex kit is easy to drop in. It takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. You can also get the same result using a sharpening stone and high grit automotive sandpaper to modify the sear. The Burwell instructions are great and easy to follow. With just the sear mod the trigger pull comes down to just a hair under 5lbs.
