My First Gun! EAA Windicator .357 Snub
I bought my first gun at Gander Mountain. There was a sale on the EAA Windicator .357 2 inch barrel. I haven't fired it yet and I am looking forward to it. I'll start off with .38 Specials.
Wish me luck!

Congratulations and enjoy. 357 snub noses - ahhhh, if you miss with the bullet the flames that shoot out will surely scar them Have fun!

Congrats on your first firearm!!
The EAA Windicator .357 is exactly the revolver I have been looking at recently. I looked at the Gander Mountain sale but didn't know what extra firearm/transfer fees they charge. Have been debating between the Windicator and a Taurus 85UL. Both are in the same price range, but the Taurus only does .38.
Nice choice!

Let us know how it does. They make a real nice auto and I've read good things on the Windicator, mostly that it's a tank.

Re: My First Gun! EAA Windicator .357 Snub
kb3cfj,
Congratulations on your first gun purchase. I remember how it feels. Funnily enough, my first gun was also a 6 shot, .357 snub nose revolver...lol.
BTW, how do you like the Windicator for concealed carry? I've heard some people say that even though it has a 2 inch barrel, its dimensions are a bit too bulky and its weight too heavy for concealed carry.
What do you think?
