There was looting in the new levittown shopping center after the hurricane. They also used the national guard to help enforce the curfew that was in effect. The only used about a dozen soldiers to assist the police. SO yes the national guard was called in, but not to the extent people are thinking.

Good news!! We recently got word that Bristol and Bensalem have been booted out of the league due to not attending meetings, not following rules, poor behavior during games etc. WOOHOO!! No more anxiety of all that crap that comes with dealing with those jackasses. The kids act like the loud-mouth bragging jackholes you see in professional sports. The coaches have no clue what sportsmanship is or what rules are. Their fans are also clueless as to sportsmanship or class and treat our clean field and stand area like their trash can. After a game with them, there is trash littered everywhere but in the trashcans themselves. Never understood why we had to deal with those low-lifes to begin with. Good ridance to bad garbage.

I agree with you, but this was the "looting" the news was referring to. They were also brought it to prevent looting as well.
