    Here is my Vector made 16" UZI... had to put the heat shield on the long assed barrel because it looked goofy without.

    yeah, I know, however, mostly out of Group industries US made receivers and various US made parts to complete the semis...the rest is foreign parts.

    however, no MFG I know of makes a all US made uzi, or even a US made factory type folding stock.. they just do what certain other makers do, make a gun with just enough US parts to qualify, and foreign parts for the rest... like WASRs and other AK variants.

    the OP, to not have an possibly illegal firearm, needs to ascertain what US parts, if any, are on the gun at the moment... if none, fix it.

    Thought you may be interested that cabelas has a 22 cal uzi on their website under rim fire rifles.they may have one at the hamburg store.
