Where to buy mil surplus
Saw $89 Mosin Nagant online, and got to thinking at that price i wouldnt mind picking one up. Are there any places in PA that have mil surplus rifles in stock like that? Kind of defeats the purpose of an $89 rifle i have to pay to ship then transfer.

Dunhams (sporting goods chain) carries them and has sales every other week for $89-$99. If you ever end up in Indiana, Pa, there is a dealer there that has laminate 91/30s for $109 or $119 I think. Plus if you just posted a WTB on here, I bet you could pick one up easily in that price range.

Re: Where to buy mil surplus
I ordered one from Classic Arms this past spring (lousy customer service) and it cost me about $130 out the door. It's a beautiful gun though. At the gun show this past weeked, a guy had a crate of them and they were $89+tax and pics, so figure right around $100. The nice thing about that was that you could hand pick your own. Check out your local shows.

Re: Where to buy mil surplus
My son got his at SARCO's in Easton for $100 out the door, it was $30 cheaper than Dunkleburgers and you actually get to touch and pick your rifle. It shoots pretty damn good and was is great condition. I like to hold what I am goin to buy.

Re: Where to buy mil surplus
There are at least 3 options not far from you that I am aware of:
Dunhams Sporting Goods in Lebanon
Dunhams Sporting Goods in Carlisle
Cole's Bicycle Shop in Carlisle. They have a gun shop in the basement that has been in business for over 40 years. Mike always seems to have a supply of Mosins, Turk Mausers, Yugo 24s, etc...
