Hey all. I already ordered the paperwork to do my own SBR in easton area. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with sheriff miller signing SBR form 1's?
Just want to see if i'm going to have to set up a trust or if he good with signing the paperwork. Thanks in advance.

Apologies for bumping a 3 week old post, but I just completed a fairly painless Form 4 (transfer of factory SBR) process with the Northampton county Sheriff. I dropped the form off at the courthouse on Friday, 6/22, and received a call that it was ready on Tuesday 6/26. I elected to pick it up, although they would have mailed it back to me.

This was my first NFA (or any other, for that matter) experience with the current sheriff, but it wasn't bad at all. I don't see why your Form 1 experience would be substantially different.
