These criteria apply to Philadelphia only.

(1) Denied an LTCF based on the character clause, but for a ridiculous reason (such as, but not limited to, unpaid parking tickets).

(2) Who has applied for but has not received their LTCF within 45 days as required (and their LTCF application remains pending).

(3) Who has had their firearm(s) confiscated despite not being arrested/charged with a crime, and is not an otherwise prohibited person.

(4) Who has had their LTCF confiscated or “suspended” (such that the “revocation” procedure in the UFA was not followed) and has not received it back yet.


If so, I have a friend who is a lawyer who is seeking people like yourselves to talk to. Please, get in touch!

I hope you make those morons in charge in the city pay big time. Nutter is ok sometimes like when he tells kids to buy a belt and pull up their pants, but him thinking private citizens should not have guns is total bull ant anti-american.

I live in Philly, just picked up my LTC today (6/5/12). I applied for it on 3/27/12 & received my approval letter on 6/4/12. So it was 1 day shy of 10 weeks.

What extra promissory note? (I haven't gone through Philadelphia's Gun Permit's Unit in several years, so I haven't heard of this)

I've past the 45 calendar day mark, but still have two weeks under their business days bs. If that helps him let me know, but I'm sure he's looking for the bigger issues.

I don't recall any "extra promissory letter" either. Could have been lumped in with the backround questions though.
