Right, just like the time I called them and told them that I have a G27 that was giving me light primer strikes. They sent ME a shipping box, replaced the slide internals AND shipped it back to me inside of two weeks. I really felt shit on.....

This was my first thought, but they want $125 to replace the barrel since it wasn't their mess-up.

No, of course I won't let them send me a new pistol. I'm not an idiot!
However, I see no problem in not responding for a week or so to let them sweat it out. OR I thought of replying via email something to the effect of "please return any property of mine that you may still have in your possesion".

I sure as hell don't want to do anything that'll bring the ATF down on my head so I'm thinking no response is the best response. I'll be monitoring my emails still in case they do try to send me a new pistol and then I'll stop them. But otherwise it's their problem now, they had months to do nothing other than respond to communication efforts from both myself and Remington and they failed. It's a good thing that the pistols they make are reliable, because their CS sucks.

I had an E series Glock that broke rear slide rail some time ago.

Glock took care of everything. No problems

    They did good by me.
