This guy is like a round clearing ninja. I'm going to bolt a handle on the top of my gun just in case I'm in combat, life or death, SHTF, zombie apocalypse serious shit. Did I miss any stereotypical badass situations?

I don't think there is anything wrong with someone trying to make something better. I think it is a pretty decent idea as a matter of fact. I have seen guns modified in a couple ways to get the same results that he did. Some people just prepare more than others.

Unfortunately I see many perforated shoes and legs with that modification. I wouldn't go that way but what the hey, to each their own.

Having done years of one handed pistol manipulation, I like it. It's not for everyday racking of the slide. It's for those SHTF moments when you've got a zombie chewing off one of your arms and you need to clear a jam.

Even more fun is lock-rip-run with a single hand. Both are really worth practicing if you are at all interested in gun-fighting vs. casual shooting. All it takes is one bullet to the hand to make you wish you had.

Disclaimer---When practicing, use dummy rounds only. The gun is frequently pointed at bits of yourself you might like to keep.
