DELCO still violating preemption. This is the signage along the County-managed Chester Creek Trail in Aston/Middletown. Seems to be the current boiler plate for county parks as this trail is fairly new. Guess I can go ahead and make a fuss about but based on previous attempts by members to get signs corrected, the county won't care, especially now that the dems run it.

Might be time to talk to a lawyer about a federal civil rights violation lawsuit, as well as dropping off private criminal complaint with The DA for official operations.
