Re: .45 and 9mm question
9MM - 125 Grain LCN
HP-38 - (4.4 grains max.)
1086 FPS - 31,200 CUP

.45 ACP - 200 Grain Cast LSWC
Bullseye - 5.0 Grains - Win. LP - 1.25 OAL
HP-38 (5.6 grains max.)
914 FPS - 16,900 CUP
This is the info. I have. I hope it helps. I am not sure if 5.0 grains is your max load for Bullseye but I would probably NOT go any higher unless you find information elsewhere. That is the highest amount of powder for that bullet I have info. on. Most loads are 4.0-4.6 grains. I also don't have any velocity results for that load. I do have a velocity of 950 fps with 4.9 gr. of Bullseye & Fed LP primer. I also found results for HP-38 for your .45 if you are interested.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Re: .45 and 9mm question
I was given about 200 loads of 9mm and 45 however they were both loaded much higher than theloads you listed and they are higher than the safe levels in my manual.
I guess i will take them apart and reuse the bullets and cases if possible.
