Targetmaster in Chadds Ford meets all your requirements. Whenever i go there i try to go as early as possible because they tend to get buisy on weekends and weekday evenings.

Re: range in Delco?
I normally take my own 5.56 rounds there to shoot. They prefer you buy all your ammo from them but it is not required. Just no steel case or armor piercing rounds.

As others have stated Targetmasters is probably your only option. The ranges in Philly all require you to but there ammo. I have looked at all the local ranges several times and Targetmasters is the only one that may meet all your needs.

Re: range in Delco?
thank you for the clarification.... I actually confused the policy with my particular handgun loads which utilized cast bullets. Being an indoor range, cast bullets are not permitted by them, only exceptions are 22s and 45 long colt, which are not available in jacket.

I know that they also do not allow aluminum casings.
