My sister said she saw an OC'er on the Subway

She is a Temple student and was going to Center City last Friday evening to go to a bar. She texteed to me that she just saw a guy walk onto the train wearing a bulletproof vest, a gun in a shoulder holster, while carrying a case of beer. He was wearing civilian clothes.

Don't be silly, that's how he carries his anti-Yakuza grenades, cause you never know when they're going to try to steal a Mortal Kombat machine, and no one would expect a case of beer to be full of grenades.
