    Default Positive encounter

Stopped @ Wawa before the gun show and the clerk noticed the 1911 OCd. Had an apprehensive look on his face. The guy behind me spoke up and said that if more people carried there would be less crime. The clerk doubted that statement. The other customer and I educated the clerk about how wrong he was. The kid was genuinely interested in what we were telling him.

Hopefully he'll take it to heart

Maybe you would have better results if you TEXTED him the info.

Good job educating the public! I truly don't understand how people do not understand that more armed people is a deterrent to crime.

Because thanks to the media, public schools etc, people associate guns with crime. So to them the more guns there are, the more crime goes up because the two are directly tied to each other.
