originally it was an underage but the officer lowered it to a disorderly conduct for me. Although both show up on report and the underage says "charge:changed"

If you were convicted of a disorderly conduct, I don't believe it will prevent you from getting an ltcf. Unless you live in Philly, then your phucked. Other, more knowledgeable people will weigh in.

I believe you could only be denied under the "character clause"

You should have received a certified letter stating the nature of the denial.

I would hire a good attorney and file an appeal.
