My GEN4 19 has 1500 rounds though it so far and I have to say I am very pleased with how the gun is running. I did send it back about two months ago because I was catching some brass to the face and since I have got it back there has been a little improvement but not outstanding. I am very happy though with the gun and have never had a malfunction or major problem. I hope the next 1500 rounds go smooth as well.

How often does or did the brass hit you, just curious? Could have just been an ammo issue?

Had some randoms with my gen 4 19. Nothing to write home about. Called Glock and they told me to use 124 gr ammo and if I had problems I could send it back.

Was my academy gun at the time and didn't have time to send it back so I sucked it up.

Wound up trading it for a 27 and haven't looked back.

I get hit in the face probably 1 out of every 50 rounds and I catch brass on the shoulder or upper right arm 3 out of every 50 rounds. I have been shooting Winchester for the majority of the rounds and have also used Tulammo. I would say 4 out of every 5 rounds I shot Winchester.
