today, the wife and i did some selling at the williams grove flea market. spend all day around tons of people. then at the end of the day we were packing it up and my wife points out that the business end of my 1911 had pushed itself right out the a$$ of my frickin pants! i think i need a shorter barrel!

Same thing happened to me the other day at the hospital. A Nurse said something is falling out of your pocket. It was my keltec P3AT poking out.

Haha! My girlfriend can never tell if it's me or the Ruger sp101 in my front pocket. Makes for some good laughs every now and then.

What were you using to carry your 1911? If the barrel can push its way out of your pants, wouldn't the gun literally have fallen to the ground at this point? My only guess so far is that you were using no holster, had a holster designed to be used in conjuction with a belt but did not have a belt, or simply you were using the worst holster ever created.

Crossbreed Supertuck, how the hell could a "proper holster" have prevented this? what is more "proper" than a crossbreed? funny how within 7 replies i wasn't even using a holster at all!?!? no wonder i only have 38 posts and there are so many lurkers here who never post. cant even have a little fun at your own expense without it getting twisted. oh and while im at it, 1911's are way better than glocks, AR's are better than AK's. and Hi-Points are sexy. There have fun with that.

See, the 1911 platform is like Superman, too powerful to be contained by a supertuck and a mere pair of pants. Besides, we all know that Mexican carry equals maximum embarrassment.
