Check out the Norry Gun club. Maybe 20 minutes or so from Selinsgrove.

I went to SU and am from the area... I made it there quite a few times over the years with friends. Nice range and pretty reasonably to join ($60 for the first year, $35 each year after).

If you're into hunts and sporting clays, I highly suggest the Martz Gap View Hunting preserve. It's probably about 40 min from Selinsgrove. They have a really great sporting clays course and are owned by some fantastic people: http://martzs.com/

I live in Selingrove and belong to the Kreamer Sportsmans club. You need to be voted in to join.

I have been to the Norry Gun club but am unsure how to be a member.

I shoot at the Northumberland Gun Club in Point Twp. You can stop by Young's Sporting Goods on Duke St in Northumberland for an application.
