Can I buy a gun out of state and fly it back with me?
Can I fly to Indiana, buy a handgun, and bring it home with me in checked baggage?
I know I can check my own guns and fly, but was curious about the above.Honey, sell my guns for what they're worth and not what I told you I paid for them.

No
You can buy a gun in Indiana and have it shipped to a FFL of your choice in Pa and then pick it up after a pics check and likely transfer free.FUCK BIDEN

I am traveling there on business and was hoping to save the shipping and PA transfer fees.

Re: Can I buy a gun out of state and fly it back with me?
Not for a FTF purchase. The longarm MUST be purchased from an FFL of any state to be able to bring it back into one's homes state.
As others have indicated, for out-of-state purchases of handguns, the buyer must take possession from an FFL in his home state.
