New Member Moving to Lancaster County Soon
Hey Y'all! I'm currently living in Texas where I was born and raised but will be relocating to PA mid to late June due to changing employers. The family and I will more than likely be settling in the Lancaster County area. I currently have a Texas Concealed Handgun License which we'll become a "nonresident" CHL once I submit the address change. I will also be obtaining a PA concealed permit. I enjoy shooting IDPA matches and I'm looking to get into carbine matches or maybe even 3 gun matches. I look forward to being a active member on this forum. If y'all know of any areas we should avoid or areas you recommend I would appreciate any feedback.

Laugh yes....
Want as a neighbor ... No... Since you lost all those munitions do to that tragic BBQ boat fire in which you lost all weapons and ordinance, but we have anew friend from Texas who will undoubtably provide us Lancastrians with unlimited hollow points and personnel protective armaments......

You just reminded me. Don't new people moving to Lancaster have to pay a tribute to those that already live here? I know I could use a Stoeger Coach gun.

I live close to your office.... If you are use to rural areas you are better off on the west Side of Lancaster. If you have kids, you have plenty of good options..... Good luck with the move. What ever happens, don't turn native like streaker did.

Welcome.
You should find firearms laws less restrictive in PA overall. Except that person to person handgun sales have to go through FFLs in most cases. And you generally can't use deadly force to protect property, but that's a longer story you should look into
