I have to post around the bushes here a bit and I'm sorry, but I don't want to put myself or
others out there for safety concernes. Any way I visit my friend to help him out and I have my daughter with me. The Kal-Tec on my hip and even before I park and get out its all ears up till I'm inside. So we get working and its hard to work with noticing I have a gun on me.
Gigs up so now I can take it off and clear it and put it to the side with the rest of my stuff.
So now my friend is like why do have that on you. Very simple, were I'm at and its there life or mine. We go back and forth for a bit. End of that story.

Weeks go by and we go back and forth that he should get his ltcf.
Now he's thinking about it. That was Fri I spoke to him.

Here's were I'm going to try and hide.

Sun evening gun fire eruptes on the streets between a group of people.
One victim dead.

He's still in shock and I go back to the times that I was there, but I was
armed and just had that uneasy feeling.

I carry my pistol everywhere I go (where allowed). Your post makes it sound like you disarmed at some point.

No I carry when ever and where ever I can, but when I roll into
this part of town its a different feeling. And it hit its boiling
point Sun night.

I only disarmed when I was inside working.

"Do I really want to take my CHILD to that part of town?" is a better question. Just cause you're carrying doesn't mean you can stop a bullet from the next block over. Well, you can, but I'd rather not .....
