Positive PPD encounter
So I was at Wawa on Rising Sun and longshore, near 5 points in Phila today around 8 pm where I was waiting for my smoothie to be made when A guy in an Eagles shirt and a radio in hand asks me: Hey Buddy, you have your License?
I replied yeah in my wallet and handed it to him... he walked outside while his partner waited with me. he told me He supports Open Carrying and asked me what i did for a living. After answering he joked and said "what did you get me for dinner"? i laugh then he walked me to my car where we chatted about the Mayfair tire slasher and having kids (he saw my 2 car seats) . His Partner came back and Said Mr. Chybinski have a great evening, Shook hands and went on my way.
they were plain clothes officers (obviously with the eagles shirt) and probably the nicest cops I ever talked to. They didnt ask to take the firearm or restrict my movement. Also they would not have bothered me if they were getting food however somebody called MWAG so yeah better then my last encounter.

Re: Positive PPD encounter
Did you request proof that they were LEO or did you just hand your license to someone with a radio? Sounds weird to me.

Re: Positive PPD encounter
I would have asked them if they had a reason to believe that I was carrying without a license.
