    Where did you read this about not being able to carry a loaded gun in the car. I just did a concealed carry class and the instructors have never heard of such a thing.

    Westmoreland county's sheriff got a good chuckle out of the thread. Yes you can carry in your vechical, loaded.

    Let's go shoot. My buddies father owns property right behind Walmart on Rt. 30 in Greensburg. I live about a mile and a half away.

    They were talking about long guns, not sidearms.

    You can carry a loaded gun in your car if you have a CCW.

    No restriction on guns you can carry. Except it is for handguns, and legally owned SBR, SBS, and I think AOW's.
    You cannot carry a loaded long gun in your vehicle regardless.

    Correct. I was talking about hand guns. Did not see the long guns, my mistake.
