    Default Monroe County court house

Got a ton of nonsense today trying to check and pick up a firearm at the court house.

All kind of you can't carry in a Fed court and the law is changing so you can't carry in here.

My response is always is what I am doing right now illegal ? If not I am going to carry into this place! And today got to use This is not a federal court house!

Anyone else get any of this? I have been carrying into the Monroe county Court house for years and I am there allot.

I've honestly never had a problem down there but it's been a few years since I've been down there.

Neither did I. Once and a while someone would open there mouth. Today was like they were on a mission.

Maybe the sheriff needs to be spoken too. From what I understand those people report to him.

When does the Parrish trial start? Maybe we should get a group and go down to watch opening arguments and check our firearms.

I actually thought it had already started, or was that jury selection?

Was jury selection today. I really didn't care about that nor was it why I was there. It may have been why they were on edge but again I don't care.

The B/S that I was hearing was nonsense. And people talking out their ass!
I had a good reason to be there and an even better one to be armed! Not that that matters.

I don't either but it would be fun to walk in with 5 or 6 people at the same time to check firearms and watch the reaction.
You would think those guys that work the door would have figured it out by now.

That would be funny, especially of we got enough people together so they ran out of lockers. If I remember right they only have 8 of them.

Personally I avoid the hassles by locking the gun inside a container inside the car before I go in. However, I haven't heard of anyone else having problems there. I have checked in pocket knives with no problem.
