Default Two positive OC comments - St. Patricks day

Was at a work reunion part at Mckenzie's on 202 near De.

First guy asked if I was from Pa Open Carry and had questions about De and Pa since he works in one and lives in the other.

Second was an older lady two hours latter who came up and asked "Is Pa an Open Carry state? I live in De and carry there."

    Pretty good.

Had a good experience downtown PGH also for the parade. I walked past many city officers without a word. I was on the Blvd as the parade went by and was about 20 feet from Joe Biden as he came by and no talk to by secret service either. Everyone was very professional and even got a nice pic of the VP.

Oustanding! I have a good encounter while at the Allentown Parade as well - went into a bar and got some moolah from the ATM, and when I got to the bar to get a Guinness, the guy next to me goes, "Hey, I'm curious...can you just carry open like that without a license?", to which I said yes, and explained the short version of OC/CC/LTCF. He grinned and pointed at his friend next to him, saying, "That's what I am trying to tell this guy but he doesn't believe me!"

Good to hear you had no hassles. However you were probably being actively watched by at least several members of the Secret Service Counter Assault Team (they had rooftop agents as well as undercovers in the crowd) until the VP passed haha.

I figured as much as well, but was very surprised by the professionalism. It was a great day!!!

Yeah I really haven't heard anything bad about the Secret Service pertaining to people who carry.

And here is a picture of the rooftop guys my boss took from his apartment.

I'm amused they're set up right in front of what look like fire hall sirens or something similar. Imagine that suddenly going off while they're locked and loaded, seeking bad guys in the crowd...
