So let me see if I got this right.......with my LTCF......can I open carry as well as conceal carry while driving and / or in a shop that has no objections...?

Yes. Prohibited area include k-12 Schools, Court Houses, and Casinos, Federal buildings, detention centers.

Correct. Although you don't need your LTCF for open carry on foot, it makes it easier because then you can get in a car and go to a city of the 1st class (philly)

You don't need a LTCF to open carry in a shop that doesn't object -- unless you are within Philadelphia city limits.
