I am looking to join a nice outdoor range for pistol and rifle. Anyone a member there and have any recent experience there? I actually live closer to delco field and stream but I don't think that I would be too comfy with the rules they have there. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Ive never been there but my dad goes to a range in Honey Brook PA that is nice. They dont have alot of members so you dont see many guys there when you shoot. Ive been looking into going to New Holland Rifle Pistol Club. They seem to have more competition shoots which i would like to get into.

I saw ur from Upper Chi. Im in Marcus Hook.

If you're interested in joining, I would come out and check it out on a Sunday afternoon during their open trap shoot. I did that last weekend and even though I didn't shoot (you can't shoot on the rifle or pistol ranges till you are a member), I was given a visitor pass and walked down to the ranges and talked with a few people that were shooting there that day.

Now the bad, they're considering capping their membership before very long. I was lucky enough to get registered for the May 29th meeting as a prospective member. It's perfect for me since I live less than 10 minutes from it.
