    Default LTCF and PFA question.....

    Hi
I'm new to this forum so I'm still trying to learn how to navigate thru it...
    My question was,
I live in PA and I have a LTCF, I had my ex put a PFA against me but she literally dropped it the same day that she issue it,
Will I losse my LTCF cause of the PFA even tho it was dropped the very same day and before it was Actually processed?

    Thank you for you help

I'm sorry but sometimes I need things explain to me in a simpler way...
So for what I can understand, I shouldnt have a problem with my LTCF, and I still be able to carry?

I'm not a lawyer, but based on the statute, you should be fine.

Your license isn't revoked unless you get a letter from the Sheriff stating so.

I wouldn't worry about it until you have to worry about it.
