Camping
I am looking to go camping with some friends sometime between end of April-June. I know there are a lot of camp grounds in the area but I was wondering if anyone had anyplace in particular that they would recommend? I would prefer Ohio or West Virginia because they allow alcohol on campgrounds. There is nothing really in particular we are looking for, maybe some cool rock formations to climb around on?

Re: Camping
More specifics. WHat sort of amenities do you need? ie.... toilets, showers, running water? does it need to be a campground? There are thousands of nice places to go right in PA where you could camp right out of your car that are not in campgrounds. State forests you can drink state parks is a no no.
Let me know a little more of what you are lookin for id be glad to tell you some great places, either in or out of a campgroundWhen unholstering your sidearm it is customary to say: "Excuse me while i whip this out"

Re: Camping
Coopers Rocks in WV. Not sure if they allow alcohol though. If you want rocks this is the place to be. Lots of people repel and rock climb there. Big Bear lake campground does allow alcohol (private campground) is about 15 minute from Coopers Rocks. Big Bear is probably close to 2,000 acres with plenty of mountain bike, and hiking trails to explore.
