best place to buy used?
Im looking for the best place to buy a used pistol, preferably a glock or sig but really anything would be fine. I saw aimsurplus has sigs for 270, not bad.
Is there an online source that people use?Believe those who are seeking the truth; doubt those who find it.

Re: best place to buy used?
CDNN has good used guns (police/sec co trade ins)
But they do not have a non-dealer access to the firearms section of their site to browse...
What model Glock? I can look for you.

You can download the CDNN catalog from the website. Click Here.
It's a big file, and it downloads SLOW.Removed NRA Life Member pic. LaPierre and Chris Cox are ruining NRA.

Re: best place to buy used?
CDNN stopped putting prices on most of their items for consumers a few months back.
I sent them an email asking why and explaining the pointlessness (is that a word?) of having a catalog that is loaded with "Call for Price!!!" on most of the items. They never did answer the question and instead removed me from their email and mailing list...go figure.Guns are good.

Re: best place to buy used?
The answer is because it is "dealer pricing".
Will RRA, COLT, Springfield, JSC or any other manufacturer or distributer give you dealer price list if you are not a registered dealer with them?
Most do not. I imagine CDNN stopped because of dealer complaints.

Cabela's sometimes. Maybe not for Glocks or SIGS or any of the huge name brands but you sometimes find an amazing deal. They had a CZ85B there for $250.00, wish I had the cash. A good bit of other deals I can't think of. Also you can negotiate with them on occasion. I've had the price taken down once on a Mauser with messed up stock, but I passed anyway.

Re: best place to buy used?
I found a site that has quite a few used Glock police trade ins. They have Glock 22's with night sites and 3 mag's for $339 right now. Thats pretty darn cheep if you ask me. They also have sigs, HK, Beretta, and lots of smith and wessons. The site is www.summitgunbroker.com.
