    I don't get the hyperbole. No one was calling for any of those things. A person's Constitutional rights were violated, and those who were responsible and directly involved should be be held liable in some real way beyond admission.

    Exactly, and I could easily have predicted his reaction. So easy to read.

    On this forum, and others, there were frequent calls for a demand of damages in the six- and seven-figure range and incarceration (at least) for the officers. Particularly humorous since Mark has been saying all along that this was not what he was interested in. He said from the beginning he wanted to enjoy his rights and only wanted to work for change. Anyone paying a minimum of attention would already know that.

    In my experience ThomasJ is interested only in arguing, so back to the ignore he goes. :shrug: no loss.
    While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
