    Default pocket pistol problem

I got a new tcp.380 and when I put it in the pocket holster and sit down it pops the mag out, not a good thing if I ever need to use it, any suggestions?

What do you think is pressing on the magazine release? A part of you or a part of the holster?

If the holster is an Uncle Mikes or something similar in design I would get a stiffer holster like a quality leather Galco etc..

Try a better quality holster. I've been using this one with a Keltec for about a year and it works great. I have the Model 3.

My GF carries a Ruger LC9. She carries it in a DeSantes mini-scabbard. It's a fantastic holster. When I'm "borrowing her gun" I have no trouble carrying it in my pocket inside of the DeSantes mini-scabbard. It also makes a fantastic OWB holster. I believe DeSantes also makes one intended for pocket carry. I would give it a look.
