I am in Plumsteadville. I've been shooting at Target World and hope to try Wicen in the next couple weeks. I haven't made the trek down to Clayton's yet.

Your going to think the Red Sea parted and allowed you to escape to freedom when you experience the difference between Target World and Wicen's. Though "The Farm" has tight control on safety, the space is nice, the outdoors are great and well, RSOs are doing a fine job, Wicen's is the safest range I've ever been to. I suppose I'm biased towards Wicen's. I much prefer outdoors and remember the place as it was many years ago. Two cool brothers sittin' in their trailer chattin' with anyone and everyone.

Re: where at in bucks are you ??
I'm looking forward to it. Most of my prior experience has been at outdoor ranges and I've always found them to provide a more well rounded experience in terms of the social aspect of things. Shooters actually talk to each other and trade tips, etc. Your comments make me happy to know that things haven't changed much. I'm hoping to join an outdoor club in the area if I can get a sponsor and ditch indoor shooting altogether. TW can be loud and crowded. Despite the crowd, it feels very solitary, and many of the shooters seem angry. When I smile and try to be friendly people look at me like I'm crazy.

I like indoors mainly because I don't like to shoot in super cold weather.

Wrightstown, a stones throw from the Pineville Tavern. Or is it Pineville? Or maybe Wycombe? I've been living here 12 years and, honest to God, I still don't know what town this is.
