Re: Looking for a gun club
Moscow only accepts people who actually reside in Moscow. I tried to join, but was not able to for that reason. I live in the adjacent town.

Factoryvill Sportsmans club is about 35-40 min from you. It's an awesome club. Trap, Skeet, Sporting clays, 100-200yrd range, two pistol ranges a 3d archery course, nice clubhouse. I shoot IDPA there when I get the chance. Not sure if you want to drive that far. Here's the link:

Re: Looking for a gun club
I looked in to this club myself but you can't join without a sponsor. I run into this at every club I have tried to join. It is a closed network. Newcomers can not gain access because newcomers don't know any existing members.
I have looked for a more open club for years and can't find any in our area.

Re: Looking for a gun club
What do you like to shoot? Check out their web site and see when their shoots are. They are all open to the public. They have trap, skeet, IDPA, USPSA, CMP ect. Go to a couple shoots and talk to some guys. You'll get a sponsor in no time. All the people I've met there are really great guys.
