does anyone know of a stocking dealer for sti in pa. I looked on the website and it listed a couple "stocking" shops,but none of them had any in stock. i can't find any sti pistols anywhere. every shop i check just pulls out the book and wants to order it.before i spend $980 on a guardian i would at least like to see one in person. thanks in advance

I don't know of anyone "not listed" on their site and you're right, PA stock sucks for STI.

Your best bet might be to try and find someone that has one and set up a meet. If you can't find someone on this forum maybe one of the higher traffic forums.

Don't disregard their excellent customer service. If you call and tell them that you are interested but can't find stock there is a very good chance the good people at STI may help you find one to get your mits on. They aren't "your average company". I've seen evidence that they take an invested interest in their customers.

They are special order here also, occassionally you can find one in the used Gun section usually already steup for the Races and costing a pretty good amount of pacsos. From all accounts if you want to play the game the STi is one of the favorite choices of the Pros and for good reason.

Or stop out to the falling steel match sunday morning at the York Issak walton club... Many guys will be running STIs in one version or another. My buddy will probably be shooting a Trojan, and another a fusion 2011 (same as the STI pretty much). Probably your best bet to get a local hands-on

haven't found any STI pistols in any shops around here in SE PA. They say King's Shooter Supply over in KOP is one of their distributors, but they don't keep any in stock.

I just ordered mine from shooter's connection after doing a lot of research on the STI platform and picking lycanthrope's brain and had it sent to my FFL.

if you're willing to travel to the Chadds Ford area, you can shoot my STI Eagle.
