Perfectly good day to go out today. I took the AR-15 out to the 200 yard range.
I was practicing standing, kneeling, sitting and prone. Only 2 shots went into the white area.
I also had my son with me and he was enjoying shooting a zombie target.

I have to find my 200 yard target but here is my 50y zero after the new T-1 came in. There is a vid on here somewhere of me hitting the steel target at York Rifleman's Range (around 240 to the steel) with the ACOG.

I have an ACOG on it. Those were all standing, kneeling sitting and prone shots
which is why they are all over the place

Your 50 yard target looks good. I wish we could shoot steel. I shot a 2ft steel plate with my AR at 400 yards, that was the coolest thing.
But I did that out in Nevada.

Well I dont have pics but had to share my story from tonight. I shot clay pigeon from a trap house tonight for the first time I shot 16 out of 25. Not too shabby for my first time. Ive shot before hand thrown birds but never out of house. Now the good part last Thursday I took my 11 year old out for his first time out of a trap house. He got 6 out of 25. Tonight his first round he got 6 out of 25. He got very frustrated, I could see it in his face. He didnt give up and his second round he shot 18 out of 25. He shoots a average of 17 to 19 out of 25 when they are hand thrown. So I knew he could shoot. I am just so proud of him for not giving up and riding out his frustration and getting a positive result. Thanks for letting me share my story. Sorry for no pics was too busy living in the moment.



PS. Also my first time shooting anything under the lights and it was great. I am hooked!
