SGL 159. I call it SGL lonely, way relaxed vs. the old French Creek SGL Usually only me up there if I can sneak up during the weekdays. Sometimes there is an older guy with some Garands. He's really cool to talk to.

Not my string, I just recorded. It was cold enough to kill my phone battery so that was the only stage I got. IDPA at Wilkes-Barre Rifle and Pistol.

Took the new Tavor and my latest AR build to the range today. Both performed nicely with no issues at all. I was surprised that the sights on the Tavor were so far off from the factory. I know they obviously won't be dead on, but it took 8 - 9 lowering clicks of the front sight to zero it in ! Now my AR build with flip up Ruger rear sight - dead on - very happy !

Wife came home from her appointment today and when I finished work, we went to the backyard and did some target shooting.

6 rounds of 45 Long Colt
20 rounds of 410 000 Buck
32 rounds of CCI MiniMag

It was the first day out for the Raging Judge, my first centerfire revolver and was that thing fun!

Now I just need to find some Bullseye or TightGroup power for a reasonable price and some RCBS dies for 45LC.

Since I'm the Dad and Mom, I used today to take the girls shooting at a buddies place.
Someone swiped the folding table so we had to improvise...

Approx 700 rnds of .22 fired today.
I have a Shooters Ridge mag loader I just found in the basement after misplacing it, it works fine with the BX25 mags, but it is a bit finicky overall, but still better than loading mags by hand when two kids are running through ammo.
I dug out one of the swinging targets with four small targets on the bottom and the reseter on top, bad move, they loved that thing...
Clays set on the bank provided some challenge as I had them hit them and then continue to hit the pieces until they were either gone or flipped over to black.
Some zombie targets provided a few laughs when some peeps got hit.
The 12yr old enjoyed taking out the X in the center of a bullseye target, just like at the carnival.


I finally got the 12Yr old to fire a handgun, she isn't keen on the slide operating on a semi so I got her to shoot my Taurus Tracker 941 stainless .22mag.
Looks like I'll be picking up a .22lr revolver this week...

I shot my latest AR pistol build and sighted in the new Vortex on one of my unfired AR Palmetto builds.
I like that Vortex, I was concerned about the height, but it works well.

90 rnds through the G21 and 120 through the beater Beretta 92.

Good day overall, but need to find a table for sure.
Lugging all that crap into the car and then back into the house sucks, time to start looking for a place where I can shoot in my own backyard...
