Carry Permit holder gets attacked on biketrail

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet on here or not, just thought it was a cool story.

I heard on the radio this morning on my way to work. An older, possibly elderly man was riding his bicycle on a bike trail recently somewhere in PA (I forget where they said). A group of younger men were hiding on the side of the trail and knocked him off his bicycle, not sure what their intentions were. The old man drew a pistol and shot, injuring one and killing another.

Of course very sad that someone had to die, but it came as good news to me because the old man was let go without any charges. The judge said he was within his rights to defend himself. Very cool. I was worried the story would end with the old man in jail or being sued. Seems like PA is headed in the right direction.
