    Default Gun engraving

I saw such a pretty LCP for sale on here but by the time I found it, it had been sold...but the barrel had a delicate scrollwork pattern engraved on it.

Anyone around here do that kind of thing? And how much would it run for an LCP? (For future reference).

I think it would be so cool to get something pretty put on a gun I plan to carry like that. Not right away...but something to file away for later.

Does engraving hold up pretty well for everyday carry and cleaning?

Here's a link to the ad (hope he won't mind)......sure wish I'd caught it before! haha. http://forum.pafoa.org/firearms-6/14...e-reduced.html

There is a gunsmith close to me, that does everything. The only old school gunsmith around my neck of the woods that I know of. It is a bit far from you though. If you want I can dig up his card and post the info. (I'm at work and don't have the card with me) wouldn't hurt to call, if you are interested.
