Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

Update I ditched the POS NGP antenna I got my SWR down to 1. Now I need to crank up my wattage so I can drawn out the jokers on channel 6.

And find an excuse to get out to amish country, thanks streaker
If you have your SWR down, there's not really much you can do to the radio to get more power. If you add an illegal linear for more power, the assholes on Ch 6 will still swamp your receiver, so what's the point? Beside dirty linears, they're probably using speech compressing and/or michrophone preamps stupidly to create an even dirtier signal.
Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

It is (was?) specifically stated in the CB regs that it is illegal to shoot skip.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

It's kind of illegal to shoot anybody.

CB regulations are useless. The FCC gave up enforcement decades ago as too many CB’ers refused to comply.

Too bad gun owners won’t take that page from the CB’er play book and run with it.
