I have tried a number of handguns that I have carried over the years and I settled on a Kimber Pro Carry II for every day carry about 2 years ago. For me, it's the perfect concealed carry weapon and I truly prefer concealed carry so, when I train, I draw from concealment.

As far as anyone knows, I'm just another joe schmoe walking the streets, out to dinner or taking my kids shopping at Target. I like it that way.

Without discussing our actual rights regarding open carry.

I'm curious what, in your opinion, the benefits of open carry vs. concealed carry really are, which do you prefer, how do you train and why?
I prefer CC just because if something were to happen I like the element of surprise. I like the term sleeper
I dislike the diamond commercials, give me something useful like guns, ammo or cookware.

I've seen a few OCers in DelVal and a couple on each Cabelas trip.

There is a regular at Cooks Corner in Henryville I see every Sunday morning at breakfast who carries a G26 or a G27 IWB. Most OC when eating. Then covers when leaving. His granddaughter is a riot. He has every reason to carry to protect his family. Good to see him everyweek. And no one could care either way if it's OC or cc. Just like me when I walk in with mine on.
Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.

    that about sums it up.
I OC'D at the aldi on rt611 had no issues.
I carry everywhere I can. It's cc if I'm in a jacket. So temperature regulates my carry.
don't think OC at the gas station counts when you pay at the pump... But I carry everywhere.
There is no way to make it out alive...
