Protesters

I had not really heard of this group before. My husband saw it on the news today.
So they go around trying to shut down gun shops?

Re: Protesters
Back when Time Magazine was still relevant, they would have just called them assholes.

Re: Protesters
They try to get shops to sign a "pledge", part of which would require breaking state law but most of which is already law.
I've been at a couple counter-protests, some of them will talk and listen but the leaders get angry if any of their followers dare talk to anyone else.
They call it protesting but their actions are borderline harassment, some might say it is over that line.

Re: Protesters
We counter protested Heeding Gods Call last year on Good Friday at Delias gun shop up in the northeast. They marched out, setup a small stage, sang songs, held signs....and we had an icecream truck LOL.

Re: Protesters
NPEG has a face book page and are associated with Heeding Gods Call.
Last month I pointed out that some of the items on their 10 point code of conduct were illegal and the others are already required by the BATF.
They didn't want to hear the truth. They were advocating that the gun shops violate the law for their feel good proposal.
They deleted my comments three times then shut down the comments to their page.
I keep checking back to see when the next protest is scheduled so I can comment again. They were harassing Delia's every two weeks for a while. I have not seen any new protests since the Dec. 20th one.
They either saw the light or are using other avenues to get the word out about their strong armed tactics.
