Botach tactical is so horrible we banned them from Subguns.com, permanently (I'm staff there also).

just too many horror stories.. I will NEVER buy from them.

There was a customer rep on that thread who said he will take care of any issues people have problems with orders. Like I said there, I have heard bad reports here and elsewhere, but have not experienced it myself.
