State and Federal Firearms Law

Joshua Prince was born and raised in Berks County and is the fourth generation of Princes practicing in our local area. Joshua is very Rights oriented and as such, has focused his practice on Firearms Law. He is an avid firearms collector and target shooter who owns numerous Title II (NFA) firearms, as well as, Title I firearms. More importantly, he understands the need for a dedicated firearms lawyer who will ensure that the State and Federal Right to Keep and Bear Arms shall not be infringed. He has generously volunteered his time and expertise to answer any questions you may have pertaining to firearms ownership and the laws that govern and protect that right. Attorney Eric Winter, who specializes in Criminal Law, will also be present to share his expertise and answer your questions.

Seating is limited and by reservation only.
