    Default Metal detectors

I see now that at least some of the bars in Harrisburg are starting to use them on people entering their establishment. Not a fan of it personally. I can see their reasoning, but, why should the law abiding citizens who want to protect themselves in downtown Harrisburg, which has gotten crazy lately, be brought to attention for this. I understand here are many carrying illegally but why do we always have to pay the price for others wrong doing?

You don't have to pay for it. You're under no obligation to frequent businesses that do such a thing.

Would you want to frequent a place that felt the need
    for metal-detectors?

I went to a strip club for my friends 30th birthday. After the first set of doors their where metal detectors. As it was his birthday I was not going to force us to go somewhere else and the next decent strip club was on the other side of town. On the plus side they did have off duty police there. The minus they had the metal detectors sensitivity set up so high than basically anything set it off. After someone set it off they did a half ass pad town and let you in.

I know I did not have to go in there and if it make someone feel better about themselves to give me shit that I went unarmed then feel free.

But just some random bar and baring any special occasion. I would have just moved on to somewhere else.

I'm not saying I would frequent them. I'm just saying another place for anti's to put under their belt.

The antis want to control guns via the government. Don't see
how private business would affect the anti's POV.

Because they want to keep their bar safe. So people spend money.

I guess it was a plus because they didn't shove a baton up his ass.
