OHIO CC
I just read where it is now legal to carry in OHIO in a place that serves booze as long as your not drinking. Can anyone confirm this. I head out to visit family often, and end up leaving my pistol behind when we go out, since we always go places that serve liquor.

Re: OHIO CC
I assume you have a permit that is honored in OH? And a simple google search should give you all the info you need. From what I can tell as long as you don't drink anything you're good.

Re: OHIO CC
IANAL but looks like you are correct.
Under the law, people licensed to carry a concealed weapon are now allowed to bring a gun onto liquor-permit premises, such as carry-outs, restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, shopping malls and museums - places where the weapons had been forbidden under Ohio's previous law.Criminals LOVE gun control. It gives them a safe work enviroment.

Yes, you can carry into any class D liquor serving establishment, provided you don't drink. Remember, you are also barred from the establishment if it is posted. Signage does carry weight of law in Ohioland.

You may carry into places that serve alcohol provided you don't drink. Its a very recent victory

Re: OHIO CC
Do you have an Ohio LTCF or is this off of a Pa. LTCF?
My sister-in-law lives in the Cleveland area.
I was wondering if the Pa. license was accepted in Ohio - I thought not.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks.
God bless!!
