Arizona .. Fingerprinted and Mailed Today

Went today to get fingerprinted up at Bensalem Police Dept, They do their fingerprinting on Wed's, from 9am to 11am. 20.00 Fee .. Very easy, was in and out in 15 minutes. Mailed and sent on it's way today, Sent it Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Will post total turn around time when I rec it back.

Most of us folks who got them about a year ago were getting them back within about 2 weeks.

Now I understand they are a lot busier and a month waiting time (as mentioned in another thread) would not be out of the question

Just put it outta your head and it will arrive more quickly

Still waiting on my packet. My fingerprinting will be $10.00 according to my township website.

I've been hearing that they've slowed down a bit because their permit is popular.

Last year, I MAILED my application on Saturday, November 20. They approved it on Thursday, Thanksgiving, November 25. It was in my mailbox Friday, November 26.

Now, obviously they did not mail it to me on Thanksgiving (even though it says so) because there is no mail that day. And, obviously, they did not drop it in the mail Friday for me to receive it the same day here in PA. That's not possible. But I find it amazing that I put my application in my mailbox and received my permit in my mailbox 4 mail days later. They must have mailed my permit the same day they received my application. Very strange.
