rock on. you getting it processed, hide made or anything like that??? my boss got one around the same weight, maybe a bit smaller and had it processed, good stuff.


and side note; you have a 5.0 ranger i take it???

Yes, I got it processed, have a freezer full of bear meat now. And yes I am getting a rug made. I'm very thankful to have the opportunity to take my first bear, it was a huge rush seeing it walking through the woods past me.

and on the side note... I used to have an 85 Ranger with a 5.0 in it, that was a few years ago but the username sticks with me.

I was out with a group of guys deer hunting on Saturday and one of them dropped this in 5C. 424 lbs field dressed, estimated at 500 lbs live.


We put 3 deer in the truck that day as well.
